Our STEAM Summer Sessions are recommended for children Grades K-5.

Cost: Sessions cost a total of $125.00

FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, WE ARE OFFERING A KID TIME STEAM SUMMER PROGRAM!

A $20.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration and the remaining $105.00 is due no later than 10 days before the first day of each session.

 

They are designed to explore the expansive world of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art &  Math.
Guided by our STEAM Summer Staff, your child will be challenged to create, innovate, design, analyze, and experiment. STEAM Summer Sessions are 4 days a week with a new focus for each session.

A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE: focus-based exploration, design and experimentation, student-led outdoor activities, art projects and creating, and break & lunch times.

THEMED CAMPS

Recycled World  - June 21-24

What can you build using recycled materials? A city? A Marble Run? A Bridge? A sculpture? Students will be given the opportunity to use their imagination to design and  create incredible structures and art in this fun-filled Recycled Camp!

Science Days - June 28- July 1

Calling all chemists! Ever looked through a microscope, grown a crystal, or created a chemical reaction? Join us for a week of predictions, observation,  and scientific experimentation!

Artimation - July 5 - 8

How can you bring art to life? Pick your medium and write your own masterpiece! Stop motion? Theater? Dance? How will you bring your ideas to the big screen?

Construction Junction- August 2-5

Bring your master builder skills to this epic engineering camp! Build bridges, create a lego skyscraper, see how much weight a paper structure can hold, and more! Explore magnets, blocks, legos, cardboard and everything in between!

Makery Takery- Aug. 9 - 12

If you can dream it, you can make it! Sketch and design your plans to make your own creations! Build a bat home for our outdoor space, use a loom for weaving, build a clay sculpture...what will you create?

Crazy Physics - Aug. 16 - 19

How do we get from here to there? What makes things go? Challenge yourself to create airplanes, race cars, parachutes (egg drops) and Rube Goldberg machines in this wacky week of fun!

SUMMER PRESCHOOL

Summer Preschool is for ages 3-6 yrs old

The Ivy School is offering Summer Preschool Programming this year! This program is designed to provide a play based learning experience for children ages 3-5, in our beautiful reggio-inspired preschool program.
